Apk Salta does not host, store, or distribute any APK files directly. All content listed on our platform is user-submitted or indexed from third-party sources. If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorised to act on behalf of a copyright owner, and you believe that any content on Apk Salta infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown request using the process described below.

We take all copyright complaints seriously and will respond within 3–5 business days of receiving a valid DMCA notice.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid copyright infringement claim with Apk Salta, your written notice must include all of the following elements as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work – A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed (e.g., app name, developer name, official source).
  2. Identification of the infringing material – The exact URL(s) on Apk Salta where the allegedly infringing content appears.
  3. Your contact information – Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  4. Good faith statement – A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

What Happens After You Submit a DMCA Notice?

Once we receive your DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Review the claim for completeness and validity.
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within 3–5 business days, if the notice is valid.
  • Notify the user who submitted the content, if applicable.
  • Document the takedown for our records in compliance with DMCA requirements.

We reserve the right to request additional information if a submitted notice is incomplete or unclear.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed from Apk Salta as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a DMCA Counter-Notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its original location (URL) on Apk Salta.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Apk Salta enforces a strict repeat infringer policy in accordance with DMCA requirements. Users who repeatedly submit or are associated with infringing content may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned from our platform.

Limitation of Liability

Apk Salta acts as a platform intermediary and is not liable for content submitted by third parties. We do not pre-screen user-submitted content, but we will remove content that is found to be infringing upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice.
